Study on the influence of screw force loading method on the finite element simulation of engine coaxiality

摘要

This paper is a finite element simulation technology based on error modeling technology. Different from the general ideal model finite element simulation, the contact surface of the 3D model in this model contains geometric error information. The method of constructing interpolating surfaces is used to obtain contact surface features that closely match the actual topography of the part. In the engine casing simulation model, the characteristics of thread fastening are fully considered to apply the load to ensure the accuracy of the calculation of the effect of thread load on stress and deformation. Taking the assembly of aero-engine casing A and aero-engine casing B as an example, ABAQUS software is used to analyze the influence of flange ring uniform loading, ring area loading, and real screw assembly loading on stress distribution. According to the stress distribution and coaxiality change, the screw connection loading mode is simplified and numerical correction is made.
