摘要
Aim: To study the enantiomeric separation of anisodamine. Methods: The factors influencing complexation and resolution were investigated using ß-cyclodextrin (ß-CD) and 2, 6-di-O-carboxymethyl-ß- cyclodextrin (CM-ß-CD) as the chiral selectors by high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE). Results: The optimum chiral separation system for anisodamine was established. Conclusion: CM-ß-CD can give a baseline chiral separation for anisodamine and no resolution is found for scopolamine or atropine.
