摘要
Develops a new ECU test method and studies the fueling variations among cylinders by means of ECU hardware-in-loop simulation. Sets up a system of ECU hardware-in-loop simulation based on Matlab/Simulink/RTW and dSPACE. A four-cylinder diesel engine under consideration is treated by means of partial MAP, and experiments on fueling variations adjustments undertaken. The results show that control system can be tested quickly with hardware-in-loop simulation, and the fueling variations improved through changing the amount of fuel injected in a single cylinder.
