N2 - Considering problems with the traditional college psychological health service system in terms of assessment accuracy, data accuracy and service punctuality, this paper combines questionnaire, user interview and analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to identify demand indexes of college students' user groups, and propose design strategies that accommodate to needs of intelligentization, individualization, convenience, privacy protection and fun. Meanwhile, the service system blueprint is applied for the long-term psychological health monitoring and prediction mechanism model. College students' psychological health service system design framework with products, artificial intelligence cloud platform, student users and psychological institutions at the core is established to provide references for college students' psychological health service system.
