摘要

The location of actuator in double-layer vibration isolator directly affects the isolation performance. The optimal performances for each placement scheme were taken as the criteria and the method of power flow was made in use to study the effect of passive parameters in the double-layer vibration isolator on the actuator location. The theoretical derivation and simulation analysis were carried out for two possible actuator locations. The results show that: the actuator should be located between the middle mass and the isolation mass when the damping coefficient between the middle mass and the base mass is larger than that between the middle mass and the isolation mass, or when the middle mass is smaller than the base mass, or when the two stiffness coefficients differ greatly. For other conditions, the actuator should be located between the middle mass and the base mass.
