摘要
Heat transfer is very important for military vehicle, and especially for an electric drive tracked vehicle. Three closed recycling waterways were designed for the cooling system of an electric-drive tracked vehicle. Based on common points of components in waterways, a heat capacity and thermal resistance model was built for dynamic heat transfer in these components. According to the heat capacity and thermal resistance model, three waterways were simplified, so that a state space model was built for dynamic heat transfer in the cooling system. Experimental study was analyzed for dynamic heat transfer in an actual cooling system. The conclusion is that heat coupling relationship among cooling system components in the electric drive tracked vehicle can be analyzed roundly and visually by that state space model, and that the state space model can be used to find the heat transfer principle of cooling system components, as well as to diagnose fault and improve the design of cooling system.
