N2 - A new method for producing L-cysteine-capped ZnS quantum dots (QDs) embedded molecularly imprinted membrane (QDs@ MIM) was developed. The QDs@ MIM was used as fluorescence artificial receptor for specific recognition and detection of target proteins. The QD@ MIM was fabricated on a silylanized glass plate. Lysozyme, acrylamide, L-cysteine modified Mn2+-doped ZnS QDs and N,N'-methylenediacrylamide were used as template, functional monomer, assistant monomer and cross-linker, respectively. Under optimal conditions, the linear range for lysozyme ranged from 0. 1 to 1. 0 μmol / L, adsorption time was 4 min and the imprinting factor for lysozyme was 6. 2. The results showed that the molecularly imprinted polymer can be used as a simple, rapid and selective biosensor to detect target proteins in biologic samples.
