Simulation and design of Raman lidar on water vapor measurement

摘要

A Raman lidar system with emission wavelength of 532 nm was designed to measurement of atmospheric water vapor. Combined with error theory analysis, the feasibility during the daytime and the accuracy during the night for the Raman lidar system on water vapor measurement with 532 nm were verified. Besides, SNRs with different parameters were calculated. The results show that with proper parameters design, the detect ranges could be 0~4 km during the daytime and 0~9 km at night respectively. And its performance is much better than that of system with 266 nm or 355nm, which brought a feasible design for atmosphere parameter measurements, such as temperature, aerosol and water vapor.
