Simulation analysis of explosion process and destructive effect of gas explosion inner buildings

摘要

In order to study the destructive effect from gas explosions, a physical model was established, which is consistent with the actual model. AutoReagas software was used to simulate the gas explosion process occurred in a room. Then, by using Langrange/Euler coupling algorithm in AUTODYN-3D, a numerical simulation of methane destructive effect on the room structure was performed. The results showed that the windows and the walls of the house are almost collapsed, the high-pressure gas rushes out of the house and spreads to the outside as well as across the room, the surrounding objects continue to be affected and destruction collapse is led to the opposite wall, the roof of house was mustered up. The simulation results agree well with actual destruction of the accident, which verifies the validity of the method. Using whole cast reinforced concrete structure with compression strength exceeding 50 kPa as the main construction material for wall could enhance the antiknock security of the house. Wall antiknock safety could be optimized if weak link is strengthened locally.
