摘要
A kind of automatic light-tuning schemes for measuring the parallelism and perpendicularity of large workpieces was put forward here whose integral time of line-array CCD is deliberately adjusted and controlled to make the signal-amplitude stable so that the measurement scheme that uses the line-array CCD to measure the parallelism and perpendicularity of large workpieces can realize the precise measurement in a wide measurement range without causing the saturation of CCD.
