N2 - By studying the pivotal factors that affect users' hand hygiene behaviors, we can accurately find product opportunity gaps in the design of intelligent hand hygiene products. Excellent user experience and natural interaction could generate more innovative product design ideas for hand hygiene by improving the product's overall availability. Behavioral cognition theory and rational action theory were used in this study to establish a Lewin Behavior Model of a user's hand hygiene behavior. Our study put forward significant influence factors in hand hygiene, which were used in this research to set up a questionnaire for user behavioral data collection. After examining data validity and data reliability, the established Lewin Behavior Model was converted to Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analyze the vital influence factors in hand hygiene behavior. In conclusion, research shows that "Behavior Intention,""Value Perception,""Education and Knowledge,""Behavior Convenience,"and "Facility Conditions"have a positive impact on users"hand hygiene behavior. Research combines the conclusions to draw pivotal design factors that affect user behavior and put forward conclusions of product design. Intelligent hand hygiene products should be designed from three perspectives: improving product availability, improving natural product interaction and using intelligent technology to improve user experience. This article provides innovative design perspectives and theoretical support for intelligent hand hygiene products. Hopefully, it could provide a specific reference value for related product design.
