Research on mobilization pattern of refined oil under earthquake actions in China-Taking Wenchuan and Yaan Earthquakes for example

Earthquake has the characteristics of strong suddenness, destructiveness, deep social influence and big difficulty for defense. It can cause severe damage to people's safty, economical development and social stability. It is of great social significance to strengthen the capabilities of comprehensive response and rescuing under earthquake action. Agile mobilization theory and mobilization union theroy are used to analyze the Chinese mobilization pattern of refined oil and the existing problems according to the cases of Wenchuan earthquake and Yaan earthquake. Finally, an improved mobilization pattern of building a refined oil mobilization alliance is proposed.
