Research on management system of national defense science and technology in the light of civil-military integration

The current situation and problems of national defense science and technology system were analyzed for the situation of that the system and mechanism of national defense science and technology can not meet the requirements of civil-military integration development. The three-tier management organization design theory and the characteristics of civil-military system were used to redesign the system. And three suggestions were proposed to accelerate the system construction of national defense science and technology: strengthen the centralized leadership and top layer design, lay down relevant policies and regulations, and explore new patterns to promote the development of Chinese national defense science and technology in the light of civil-military integration.
