摘要

Based on the actual situation of pipeline production in the current spacecraft development process, this paper proposes a method for rapid calculation and simulation of joint poses in the pipeline system welding process, and designs a fast and accurate simulation of pipe joints A six-dimensional adjustment platform for the actual position and angle of the road assembly. Firstly, the spatial pose of the joint is studied. After that, a six-dimensional kinematic model of the adjustment platform is established, and the homogenous transformation matrix of the end of the platform relative to the base coordinate system is derived, and the relationship between the parameters of each motion axis and the function of the posture matrix is established; Finally, Adams dynamics simulation software was used to simulate and verify the pipe joint pose adjustment process, which proved the feasibility and accuracy of the pipe joint pose calculation algorithm and the space simulation process plan.
