N2 - Based on the current situation of aviation bus detection, this paper analyzes the application limitations and shortcomings of existing detection methods. On this basis, an improved detection method in frequency-domain for two common aviation buses with different structures based on TDR technology is designed, and the detection of hard faults is used as an example to explain the detection strategy, application difficulties and solutions. Besides, the detection of soft faults for aviation bus are emphatically studied based on this method. The experimental results show that the scheme has high feasibility and good diagnostic accuracy, which provides an important reference value in engineering for reducing the difficulty and improving the efficiency of electrical fault detection for aviation bus.
