Research and Experiment of Intelligent High Voltage Power Cable Accessories with Built-in Temperature Measurement

摘要

Cable accessories are an important part of power cables. The temperature of cable joints is related to the operation state of the whole power equipment system. In order to reduce the possible risks, eliminate faults in time and ensure the safe operation of the line, it is necessary to monitor the temperature of cable joints in real time. Firstly, this paper introduces the temperature measurement technology based on electromagnetic coupling, and expounds the chip structure, implantation and installation of the temperature sensor. At the same time, based on the temperature sensor, an intelligent built-in temperature measurement system for cable accessories is designed, which realizes the functions of real-time telemetry, real-time remote signaling and historical curve. Finally, the system is tested. The test results show that it can meet the needs of direct, reliable and accurate on-line temperature monitoring of the internal core of high-voltage cable, and it is easy to install and operate, with long service life. The research has broad application prospects and promotion value, and enhances the international competitiveness of China's wire and cable products.
