摘要

The safety of electric vehicle is an important factor on the development of the electric vehicles. A real-time safety data monitoring system is a way to help researcher to analysis the electric vehicle safety condition. A set of electric vehicles real-time data monitoring system is designed and set up based on cooperative vehicles infrastructure system. The electric vehicles on road can connect with the road base station to a traffic network, use on-board device to collect data which relate to vehicle safety, and through the vehicle-to-vehicle communication, vehicle-to-infrastructure communication, transmit the data to the road station, storage and display. As the data is too large if the vehicle receive data from all the vehicles on the road, a method is come up with to find related vehicle on database, it can decrease the transmission rates obviously, and then send the information to the target vehicle. The target vehicle can consult the relevant safety information about the vehicle in the car, as the basis for judging the vehicle's safety. The system simply the procedures which get the data by manual work, and the researcher can analysis how the other vehicles on the road effect the electric vehicle safety.
