摘要
In this paper, Raman spectra of titania nanotube prepared by a soft chemical process through proton exchangement are reported. The new Raman peak at 266 cm-1 is attributed to Ti-OH bonds, which is very important for formation and stability of titania nanotube. Once titania nanotube has been annealed at 400°C for 1 h in air, Ti-OH bonds shrank to Ti-O-Ti bands by desorbing water. Meanwhile, the tubular structure would be damaged and sequentially the new Raman peaks disappeared.
