title = "Radar HRRP target recognition using scattering centers fuzzy matching",
abstract = "Radar target recognition typically uses feature sets derived from high resolution range profile as an input to a classifier. The scattering centers can approximately model the radar optical region target. Therefore, the radar target recognition based on scattering centers of high resolution range profile has drawn more and more interests in recent years and a lot of methods has been proposed. However, conventional methods often use the location and amplitude information of scattering centers separately and can be sensitive to the fake scattering centers and the scattering centers shifts, which influence the performance of recognition. Target recognition based on the scattering centers fuzzy matching have the promise of achieving better performance. In this paper, a method of scattering centers extraction based on the sparse representation theory and target recognition based on the scattering centers fuzzy matching are presented. The experimental result based on the measured data indicates that the proposed method of target recognition can have good performance.",
