Process modeling and evaluation of process reengineering

In order to reengineer the business process of enterprises, to improve the business efficiency of enterprises and to enable enterprises to be more powerful on complex and uncertain markets, using the Petri network modeling method and setting up evaluation index are two methods to engineer the business process from the basic principle. The modeling of business process and reengineering process appraisal have been studied with the complete process of process modeling given. The mathematic and graphic representation of processes, the use of reduction rate of PT to evaluate the effect of reengineering of process and the three factors influencing reduction rate of PT are discussed.
