Preparation of nano porous Cu films by sol-gel and template method

摘要

To prepare porous nano metal film materials, the copper acetate was used as precursor, polyethylene glycol (PEG) was used as the template agent and diethanolamine was used as complexing agent. Using the sol-gel method, porous nano copper film was prepared on glass substrate. XRD, IR, TG-DTG and SEM methods were utilized to analyze and characterize the nanometer copper film. The impacts of sol concentration, PEG addition amount and the influence of annealing temperature on the porous copper membrane structure were studied. The results reveal that when the sol concentration is 0.6 mol/L, copper ion and PEG1000 mg molecular ratio is 42.86:1 and the annealing temperature is 500°C, nano Cu thin film with superior porous structure is obtained. The amount of PEG addition, the concentration of the sol and heat treatment temperature will have major influence on the morphology of copper membrane.
