摘要
Aim To study the physical and mechanical properties of energy-increased deterred propellant. Metliods The testing methods of compress strength, impact sensitivity and explosion heat were used. Results The mechanical itensity of energy-increased high nitrogen content single-base propellant decreases slightly, yet is still higher than that of double base and triple base propellant. The interface binding strength was improved between deterring layer and bulk of propellant. The explosion heat was increased by 5. 4% when HNSBP assimilated 14. 1% oi nitroglycerin. Furthermore the deterring layer didn't spall from bulk of propellant after aged at 65 C for 90 d. Conclusion The propellant, prepared in this paper, can increase energy and improve the binding strength between deterring layer and propellant bulk effectively, and has great value in engineering.
