摘要
Perovskite quantum dots are emerging as functional materials for modern optics and optoelectronics due to their superior optical properties and easy integration. In this work, we demonstrated novel perovskite quantum dots based optical Fabry-Pérot (FP) pressure sensor for the first time. By integrating in situ fabricated CsPbBr3 quantum dots embedded films with distributed Bragg reflectors (DBRs) cavity, we achieved stable narrow band emission with full width at half-maximum of 0.9 nm under continuous wave 405 nm laser illumination. With an external applied pressure, the narrow band emission shows reversible response with high sensitivity of a2.2 nm/kPa, good linearity of 0.99, and high spectral resolution of a580. Motivated by this discovery, a protype of optical FP pressure sensor system with self-luminous light source was developed for measuring the dynamic mechanical properties of polymeric films, providing alternative technique for low pressure and tactile surface pressure measurement.
