摘要
A new method for the parameter matching design of fuel cell hybrid vehicle is proposed. A parameter matching flow with four steps is established as first-step parameter selection based on ideal models, second-step parameter checking based on the bettering model, the sensitivity analysis of the parameters based on the targets and the last step the tradeoff and optimization of the key parameters. The characteristics models for the traction motor and fuel cell engine is put forward based on their practical experimental curves with the state-of-the-art technology. As an example, a fuel cell hybrid middle bus is designed. The experimental results show it meets the predetermined performance very well. The four-step method improves the reliability of the vehicle parameter matching at the design stage a lot.
