Numerical simulation of reinforced concrete breakage under internal blast loading

摘要

Based on the reinforced concrete breakage behavior under internal blasting loading, the liquid-solid coupled method of LS-DYNA, the Tayler-Chen-Kuszmanul (TCK) and Holmquist-Johnson-Cook (HJC) model respectively in describing the tension and compression damage to simulate the reinforced concrete blasting crater with the separate reinforced concrete (RC) finite element model. The numerical simulation results described the RC breakage and the blasting crater, namely the center blasting cavity compression and the free surface tension spalling, found to be in agreement with the experimental and theoretical results. Due to the rebar reinforcing and crack restraining effects, the blasting crater in reinforced concrete is of a ladder model and its size is much smaller than that in the concrete medium.
