摘要
The penetration process of long tungsten alloy rod to steel target and the target damage were numerically studied with Lagrange method and Johnson-Cook constitutive model coupled with ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D. The simulations reveal that the long rod penetration consists of four various phases, and in a certain velocity range, Lagrange method and Johnson-Cook constitutive model are suitable for the simulation of long-rod penetration. Regarding Alekseevskii-Tate model, the assumption of consistent penetration velocity may be further conducted.
