Numerical simulation and experimental study of penetration of linear shaped charge jet into double-layer composite structure

摘要

To determine the linear shaped charge parameters to cut the composite structure of aluminum plate with a thickness of 4.2 mm and non-metallic layer with a thickness of 6.2 mm, the formation process and velocity change of the linear shaped charge jet, the destruction of jet to the composite structure and the penetration diameter were analyzed through numerical simulation. On this basis, the experimental study was carried out on the penetration of linear shaped charges with different charge densities into the composite structure at different burst heights. The experimental results show that the non-metallic material is very different from the metallic material in destruction mode, which there are many burrs and laceration on the fracture surface. The numerical simulation results are consistent with the experimental results.
