摘要
CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dots (QDs) material was synthesized by a hot injection method. CsPbBr3/PMMA organic glasses (OGs) were fabricated by dispersing CsPbBr3 QDs in methyl methacrylate (MMA). The open-aperture (OA) and closed-aperture (CA) Z-scan technique were used to investigate the nonlinear absorption (NLA) and nonlinear refraction (NLR) property of CsPbBr3/PMMA organic glasses, respectively. The changeover from saturable absorption (SA) to reverse saturable absorption (RSA) was observed in CsPbBr3/PMMA organic glasses with the increasing of the input energy (30–110 μJ). When the input energy is 110 μJ, the NLA coefficient is β = 1.43 × 102 cm GW−1 and the NLR coefficient is γ = −4.5 × 10−4 cm2 GW−1. CsPbBr3/PMMA organic glasses exhibit excellent optical limiting (OL) performance due to the enhanced NLA and NLR effects. The results show that CsPbBr3 QDs can be used for laser protection.
