摘要

The prevalence of electric vehicles (EVs) poses significant challenges to the planning and operation of distribution networks. This paper proposes a novel EV accommodating model for distribution network operators (DNOs) to integrate EVs with multiple flexibility attributes efficiently into distribution networks. This model takes advantage of existing underutilized network assets in distribution networks to offer special services to single flexibility EV customers or heterogeneous flexibilities EV customers. By unlocking the spare network capacity, not only can EVs with various flexibilities be integrated into networks reasonably, but also the network resources utilization can be improved. Meanwhile, the network reliability to the existing fixed customers can be guaranteed. Furthermore, the services provided to EVs are cost-efficient and time-saving. Finally, numerical experiments are conducted to validate the proposed model, and results exposit that network resources can be exploited more efficiently with higher EV penetration.
