Multi-agent distributed collaborative method for flexible job shop scheduling problem

摘要

In the production of modern job shops, there are problems such as low-automation, low-collaboration, and immature-flexible. In this situation, most researches on flexible job shop scheduling problem are mainly centralized, and few researches are distributed. Compared with centralized methods, distributed methods has the advantages of high scalability and adaptability. Therefore, this paper proposes a distributed collaboration method for two kinds of agents (processing robots and automatic guided vehicles) to complete the flexible job shop's tasks through self-organization and collaboration. The paper designs a variety of typical examples and various criteria, using simulation methods to prove that the distributed collaboration method can effectively complete all kinds of complex processing tasks in the job shop while reducing the computational burden of the computer.
