Military vehicle starting process simulation and analysis based on MATLAB/SimDriveLine

摘要

To further build a more accurate vehicle model for the vehicle starting process, the vehicle dynamic model and starting process simulation are studied here. By means of object-oriented modeling technique and physical modeling software MATLAB/SimDriveline to divide the vehicle powertrain rotation system into several separate sub-modules with full physical meaning. Such sub-modules as engine, hydraulic torque converter, shift clutch, ground driving resistance and whole vehicle dynamics models are built. Starting processes at first gear are simulated. The simulation data of engine rotation speed, output torque and transmission output torque are obtained. The research results show that the simulation results agree with the test results and that the vehicle dynamic model is accurate.
