摘要
In this paper, a method to generate high-precision Gaussian white noise is proposed, which takes advantage of the mapping relationship between uniform distribution and Gaussian distribution. The highlight of this method is to increase the accuracy of the generated white Gaussian noise waveform by dividing the mapping curve into different partitions with unequal quantized precision. Experimental results have demonstrated that the proposed method can meet the noise precision requirement and reduce the FPGA resource consumption at the same time.
