摘要
The depot location of emergency materials in weighted-network should be taken into account not only the security of the emergency system, but also the character of emergency. By applying bi-level optimization theory to this research, first of all, the solution of all kinds of assembled schemes of minimum vertex set of emergency materials depot in non-weighted network should be found by set covering theory, in order to insure the security of the emergency system. After that, the weighted character of networks should be also taken into consideration to figure out the needed time that takes every kind of assembled schemes of minimum vertex set when it goes through all the areas of the emergency system. In this way, the assembled scheme which takes the least time is the best result under the weighted condition, and the assembled scheme of depot drawn from this kind of condition is the best selection for practical application. The proposed method can resolve the location selection of emergency materials depot or reserve materials of general logistics in weighted network.
