摘要
With the development of new materials and technology, it is more and more complex that the friction characteristics appear between contact surfaces, and the impact to various engineering products has become increasingly evident. In order to solve anisotropic friction problem in engineering, the affection of anisotropic friction to the object movement was analyzed using theory and numerical simulation methods. The motion law of translational objects in different anisotropic friction characteristics was studied. Moreover, the over-rotation of bushing structure in engineering was studied, the quantitative relationship of friction anisotropy orientation, size, velocity and acceleration of the objects were obtained and the optimal method of anisotropic friction characteristics and experimental verification were proposed. The results show that the relative movement of the structure would be seriously affected by anisotropic friction characteristics, however, the problem of over-rotation can be solved effectively by reducing the friction coefficient ratio.
