摘要

The material distribution of efficient machining unit is a typical feature of intelligent production, including the rapid online identification of manufacturing elements such as materials and tools, and the lean tool distribution management led by production plan. Study the material distribution management technology of processing unit based on the identification of manufacturing elements, scientifically manage and distribute the raw materials, tooling and other materials involved in the products, effectively control the state of the product processing process, and prevent the confusion caused by the mixed production of multiple varieties and batches of products on site; develop the tool distribution list output, tool preparation and tool distribution to the unit based on the execution process state Research on lean management process technology of required machine tools to reduce equipment waiting problems caused by tool distribution.
