Key technologies for engine measurement and geometric modelling integrated machine

摘要

In mechanical equipment development and production, manufacturing errors and their distribution are one of the key factors affecting product performance and quality, due to the effect is more evident in the field of engine production, so it is a large demand to develop the instrument of measuring and modelling distribution error of assembly contact surfaces. In this paper, for the main engine parts of the rotary class features, a new measuring and modelling integrated technology is invented, using CMM calibration and compensation algorithm, rapid measurement, and in the machine to measure the point cloud NURBUS surface reconstruction modelling, rapid access to the part surface morphological features. The integration of measurement and modelling reduces the transmission of data, and by processing and modelling simulation of measurement data on the machine, it can provide effective data support and theoretical support for the optimization of assembly process and product performance.
