T1 - Job-Shop scheduling technology with uncertain processing time

N2 - The Job-Shop scheduling technology aiming to solve uncertain processing time problem oriented to multi-product and various lot-size production was presented. By analyzing the scheduling problem connotation characteristics with uncertain processing time such as uncertain scheduling planning, dynamic execution process, relevance of change impact and rapid real-time response, the processing strategies for the uncertain processing time problem was proposed by combining the release, isolation and rapid response. And unified dynamic readjustment modular process was established by comprehensively analyzing sequence move, sequence change, equipment adjustment and rescheduling of process. The affected procedure iteration algorithm was put forward, and the relative influence procedure tree model was constructed. Influence scope of scheduling problem was controlled by introducing the concept of processing time tolerance. Synchronization between scheduling and practice executions was resolved by proposing the dynamic scheduling algorithm of adjustment on forward or backward moving procedure, sequence change, equipment change and rescheduling driven by processing disturbance deviation. Finally, an application example was given to reveal the effectiveness of the proposed technology.
