abstract = "We have developed an imaging system for nondestructive testing. The operating frequency of the system is 170GHz-220GHz and the transmission power is 5dBm. The device is able to image the inside of an object by designing a special light-path structure for better penetration. The experimental results show that this device has a range resolution of 5mm and can also conduct three-dimensional imaging of objects by mechanical scanning of structures.",
