High Quasi-static Pressure Measurement of Explosion in Closed Container

摘要

To develop a method for determining the parameters of the final equation of state (EOS) of detonation products of aluminized explosives, an explosion quasi-static pressure measurement system in closed containers with a large mass-to-volume ratio is developed. The influence of domestic and foreign typical charge piezoelectric pressure sensors, sensor buffer adjustment structures, container tightness, grounding operation, weather, and other factors on the long-time measurement of high quasi-static pressure are comparatively studied. The test methods and conditions for obtaining standard quasi-static pressure-time curves are clarified. The influence of the mass of different aluminized explosives on the static pressure is obtained. The result shows that the foreign 113B03 type sensor is more suitable for measuring quasi-static pressure with a leakage effect in a humid environment. An appropriate sensor buffer adjustment structure and reliable grounding operation can significantly reduce the high-frequency oscillation of the signal.
