摘要
The shape optimization is studied by adopting the domain integrated method which is based on the variational calculus. A new method of improving the efficiency of the design velocity field analysis and the mesh quality of the finite element method (FEM) is put forward. The sensitivity analysis which is based on the variational calculus is used in the shape optimization. The design velocity field is solved by Herrmann mesh smoothing method. Numerical simulation for the shape optimization of the cooling element as an example is performed. The cooling capability of the optimized cooling element increases by 30.4% as compared with original one. It is showed that both the mesh quality of the FEM and the efficiency of the computing of the design velocity field are improved.
