摘要
Residues formed with mass loss of 90.1% and 91.8% from hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane (HNIW) at 3 MPa and 216°C were studied by DSC, TG/DSC and FTIR. Residue with mass loss of 90.1% from HNIW contains small amount of remaining nitro group. The remaining nitro group in the residue is eliminated at 220°C when it is proceeded with thermal decomposition. Both the eliminated nitro group residue and the residue with mass loss of 91.8% from HNIW contain the structure of six-membered ring amide. It decomposes at the range of 280-4001 and produce the endothermic peak of DSC, chemical kinetic constants of eliminating reaction of remaining nitro group and cleavage reaction of six-membered ring amide in the residue with mass loss of 90.1% are given through analysis of kinetics for the residue with mass loss of 90.1% respectively.
