摘要
Glycidyl azide polymer–hydroxyl terminated polyether semi-interpenetrating polymer network (GAP–HTPE semi-IPN) was successfully fabricated by catalytic urethane reaction of HTPE/isocyanate and azide–alkyne click chemistry of GAP/dimethyl dipropargylmalonate. Concentration of catalyst was adjusted to ensure the synchronization of dual curing system. The curing process was monitored by FTIR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The tensile strength and breaking elongation of semi-IPN were 5.72 MPa and 194% respectively without macroscopic phase separation on both curing and fracture surfaces. The decomposition behavior was studied by DSC–TG–PyMS coupling analysis. The sequential stages and increased temperature with remarkable reduction of azide ion gaseous product show good thermal stability.
