摘要
In order to improve the mechanics performance of polyether of ethylene oxide and tetrahy drefuran (PET)/polyfunctional isocyanate (N-100) binder system, the different amounts of polyethylene glycol (PEG200) were add to prepare PET/PEG/N-100 polyurethane elastomer films. The curing reaction kinetics and mechanical properties of the elastomers were investigated by non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and uniaxial tensile tests. The results show that the reactivity of terminated hydroxyl in PEG200 with the isocyanate is more active than that in PET. The reaction activity of binder system is improved with the addition of PEG200. When molar ratio of the isocyanate groups and hydroxyl groups (R value) is 1.2, mechanical performance of PET/N-100 polyurethane elastomer is better. When hydroxyl molar ratio of PEG and PET is 1:1, the mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomer is perfect, the glass transition temperature change a little, and the cold crystallization peak emerges.
