Dynamic deformation characteristic of metal cylindrical shell subject to internal explosion load based on 3D-DIC method

摘要

Resistance strain gauge named by “point strain measurement” is the traditional method for dynamic deformation measurement of explosive vessel. However, strain gauge will be greatly interfered by charged explosion gas and it is hard to get the whole field data in the case of dynamic loading. In order to overcome those disadvantages of resistance strain measurement, the principle of binocular stereo imaging was adopted on the dynamic deformation measurement of metal shell under internal explosive load was adopted. The whole field deformations of metal cylindrical shells with diameter of 210 mm and 2.5 mm wall thickness under different TNT equivalence (20, 60, 80, 100 g) were obtained. The dynamic deformation of the shell was analyzed. The fitting empirical formulas of the hoop, axial deformation and deflection were proposed, which provide a theoretical basis for antiknock performance design of the metal cylindrical shell structure.
