N2 - This paper proposes a dual-band and dual-circularly polarized antenna with common-port plane, duplex and dual-port. The proposed antenna uses stacked concentric radiating patches, the low frequency band of the circular patch is used for the low frequency band, and the circular patch is used for the high frequency band to achieve antenna frequencies of 0.92 GHz and 2.45 GHz, respectively. The two patches are respectively excited by two microstrip feed networks with a 90° phase shift (sequential rotation feed technology). In order not to increase the area of the entire antenna, the low-frequency antenna is stacked under the high-frequency antenna. The impedance bandwidth of the antenna in the 0.92 GHz and 2.45 GHz frequency bands are 17.3% and 36.3%, the 3 dB axial ratio bandwidth is 17.2% and 23.4%, and the peak gain is 6.1 dB and 5.3 dB, respectively. The antenna realizes left and right circular polarization in dual frequency bands, which provides more possibilities for radio frequency identification reading applications..
