Design and Simulation Demonstration of the Electrically-driven Crankshaft System Equivalent Test Bench

摘要

The crankshaft system equivalent test bench can effectively solve the problems of long test period, high cost, and inconvenient testing operations in the bench of the traditional single-cylinder original engine. In this paper, a crankshaft system equivalent test bench of single-cylinder engines was designed, taking a servo motor as the power unit, the double-crank connecting rod and double-head cylinder as the transmission mechanism. Comparison and demonstration are carried out through dynamic simulation and kinematics/ kinematic characteristics of the original single-cylinder engine. The results show that the equivalent test bench can simulate the rotation state of the crankshaft during the acceleration stage and the stable rotation stage. The simulation results are in line with the piston displacement, velocity and acceleration change law, and kinematic characteristics of single-cylinder engines, meeting the equivalence requirements.
