N2 - EMI power filter is a widely used device, which can effectively filter the electromagnetic interference generated in the power supply circuit and ensure the normal operation of the switching power supply. Based on this, this paper introduces the reasons of the switch power supply EMI, this paper expounds the typical circuit structure characteristics of EMI power filter, a kind of typical EMI power filter are analyzed, and by using ADS software insertion loss of circuit simulation, because of the influence of the parasitic parameters, and the high frequency condition considering the parasitic parameters of power filter circuit simulation analysis, Then the effect of different equivalent series inductors on insertion loss is simulated and compared. The results show that the high frequency equivalent series inductance of the capacitor has great influence on the insertion loss.
