摘要

In this paper, support vector machine (SVM) is introduced. And the application of SVM in decision model is studied. And the decision model of manager selection is set up based on UK test for machine learning view. The experiment shows the decision model is feasible and the model may be used with other approaches in order to select the fit person efficiently.
