[Cu(enMe)2]4[H5VIV 18O42(Cl)]·8H2O: Synthesis and crystal structure of microporous material constructed from metal-oxo cluster building blocks and metal complex fragments

摘要

A new porous crystal of [Cu(enMe)2]4 [H 5VIV18O42(Cl)]·8H 2O constructed from metal-oxo cluster building blocks was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, EPR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in tetragonal system, space group P4/nnc with a = 15.0034(3), c = 18.8149(3) Å, V = 4235.27(14) Å3, Z = 2, Dc = 2.055 g/cm3, Mr = 2620.74, μ = 2.988 mm-1, F(000) = 2608, R = 0.0766, wR = 0.2118, S = 1.193, (Δρ)max = 0.969 × 103 and (Δρ)min = -0.454 × 103 e/Å3. The structure is a three-dimensional framework linked alternatively by [H5VIV18O 42(Cl)]8- polyoxoanions and [Cu(enMe)2] complex cations.
