Crystal morphology control and properties of ultrafine HNS

摘要

The ultrafine HNS was prepared by solvent and non-solvent method and the controlling technology about crystal morphology, and the influencing factors about categories, dosage of surfactants and injecting styles were analyzed. Results show that the above factors have important effect on the morphology, particle size and agglomeration in the crystallization process. Injecting by syringe needle, free-running elliptoid and spherical HNS grain from 100 to 400nm were obtained in the condition of 0.40 g raw materials HNS and 3.0 mL 0.5% DT surfactant, and the least particle diameter with 50 nm and spherical HNS grain with narrow particle-size distribution was obtained in the condition of 0.40 g raw materials HNS and 1.8 mL 1% polyoxyethylene ether (PT). The ultrafine particle of HNS has higher heat resisting evenness and can be ignited by black powder grain. The 50% inflammation height is about 12cm.
